阳和汤治疗轻中度疼痛膝关节炎临床疗效探讨 被引量：13

摘要 目的观察和评价阳和汤治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 63例患者,均经过临床诊断确诊,随机分成两组,治疗组32例和对照组31例。治疗组口服阳和汤治疗、对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片4周后,通过WOMAC量表进行疗效评估,总结其疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组与对照组在WOMAC量表的疼痛评分较疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组的晨僵、活动困难评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阳和汤对轻中度疼痛膝骨关节炎治疗可以达到缓解疼痛、晨僵,提高活动度,有效提高临床疗效。
