摘要
体育招生与体育专业人才选拔是两个不同层级的人才选拔工作,二者之间相互影响、相互促进。体育招生能够促进体育专业人才的初步选拔、初步培养,并对人才选拔培养方向发挥宣传作用;体育专业人才选拔则有助于体育招生专业设置、确立培养模式和促进教学改革。协调处理好体育发展与国民体质之间的关系、体育教育人才与专业竞技人才之间的关系,以及体育发展环境与体育专业人才培养之间的关系,才能实现体育招生与体育专业人才培养的双赢。
Sports professionals’selection and recruitment are two different levels of personnel selection work,and they influence and promote each other.Sports recruitment can promote sport professionals’preliminary selection and training,and play a role of propaganda.Sports talent selection is helpful for professional settings,the establishment of the training mode and promotion of the teaching reform.To realize win-win situation of sports recruitment and professional talent training,we have to coordinate-ly deal with the relationship between the sports development and the national physical fitness and sports education and profes-sional athletic talents,as well as sports development environment and sports talents training.
