摘要
实践证明,在软岩巷道中,采用二次支护技术控制围岩变形是可行的,除了保证施工质量外,二次支护最关键的技术是掌握二次支护的最佳支护时间,也即一次支护后最佳卸压时间。以某矿中央泵房为工程背景,采用数值模拟分析不同支护时机对巷道支护效果的影响,并通过现场跟踪观察和实测,确定该巷道二次支护实施的最佳时间,以确保巷道支护效果。
Practice has proved that,using secondary support technology to control rock deformation is feasible in the soft rock roadway.In addition to ensuring the quality of construction,the key technology of the secondary support is the best secondary support time,that is the best relieving time after primary supporting.Based on the engineering background of central pumping station of the coal mine in Shanxi,use numerical simulation to analy different supporting opportunity for roadway effect,and through onsite observation and measurement,determine the roadway secondary support the implementation of the best time to ensure roadway results.
