摘要
煤矿事故在煤矿生产过程中虽难以避免,但事故发生的时间和地域是有规律可循的。统计分析了黑龙江省2006~2013年的煤矿的事故在时间和地域的分布,总结出了黑龙江煤矿主要事故类型发生的规律,对今后黑龙江省的煤矿的安全监管有指导性的意义。
Coal mine accidents in the coal mine production processis difficult to avoid,but the time of the accident and the region is to follow the law.This paper analyses the distribution of Heilongjiang Province during the period of 2006 to 2011 of october coal mine accidents in time and region,Heilongjiang coal mine accident types occurringrules are concluded,which has instructive significance for the future safety supervision in Heilongjiang province coal mine.
