摘要
针对目前国内松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量差,钻孔施工完毕后稳定状态保持时间短,钻孔抽采浓度低、有效抽采周期短及抽采后期漏风严重的技术难题,提出了瓦斯抽采空间人工预留通道技术,阐述了该技术的基本原理及工艺参数。该封孔技术在平顶山某矿戊9.10-21030工作面进行了工业性试验。
According to the present technical problems on the methane drainage hole of soft high-outburst coal seam of the poor sealing quality,short maintain time of stable state,low concentration of drainage,the short effective pumping cycle and drainage late leakage serious,put forward the technology of manual intervention channel reserved in methane drainage space,expounds the basic theory and process parameters of the technology.The industrial test was carried out in the E9.10-21030 working face in a mine in Pingdingshan.
