摘要
目的 :通过对 13例腰椎滑脱患者使用TFC治疗的临床分析 ,探讨其在腰椎滑脱中的治疗作用。方法 :13例患者采用后路椎管减压TFC植入。结果 :所有病人原有症状均改善。本组随访 12～ 2 4个月 ,平均 14 .5个月 ,优良率84.6 % ,融合率 10 0 %。结论 :TFC能对腰椎滑脱患者治疗起到稳定脊柱 ,坚固骨融合 。
Objective: To discuss the role of threaded fusion cage (TFC),through clinical analysis of Lumbar vertebral dislocation treated with TFC.Methods:13 patients were treated with TFC as internal fixation and decompress vertebral canal.Result:The sympton of all the patients were improved.The duration of follow up ranged from 12 to 24 months with an average of 14.5 months,the excellent rate was 84.6% and the fusion rate was 100%.Conclusion:It played an important role in stabilizing spinal column and in consolidating bone fusion and in decompressing nerve,patients were easy to be nursed and returned to their jobs early.
