摘要
目的探讨内窥镜在听神经瘤显微手术中的价值。方法分析９例听神经瘤手术中内窥镜的使用情况，了解其对内听道肿瘤的暴露，达到肿瘤的全切；面神经、听神经保护方面的作用以及与显微镜的配合。结果内窥镜的使用加强了对脑组织的保护，提高了面、听神经的保护率，有利于肿瘤的切除。结论神经内窥镜辅助显微外科切除听神经瘤符合微创原则，提倡在听神经瘤手术中应用内窥镜。
Objective To demonstrate the role of endoscope in the neurosurgical treatment of acoustic schwannomas. Method The endoscopic surgical procedures combining with microsurgery in 9 cases of acoustic schwannomas were analysed. The items included the exposure of tumor, especially located within the internal auditory canal, preservation rate of nerves. Result The use of endoscopes was helpful to reduce additional retraction of brain tissues, improve the preservation of facial and acoustic nerves and avoid CSF leakage after surgery. Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted microneurosurgery is a minimally invasive procedure, it has definit advantages during acoustic schwannomas operation.
