摘要
目的 :探讨万拉法新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效及副作用。方法 :给脑卒中后抑郁症患者万拉法新 5 0 mg/ d,晨间顿服 ,以 30 d为 1个疗程 ,在治疗前及用药后第 1、2、3、4周用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)分别评分。结果 :万拉法新治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表评分分别为 2 6 .18± 6 .5 6 ,10 .6 6± 7.39(P<0 .0 1) ;副作用有恶心、口干、皮疹等。结论 :万拉法新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效明显、副作用较少。
Aims:To observe the therapeutie effects and adverse effects of Venlafaxine in treatment of post stroke depression. Methods:All 36 Cases of Post stroke depression patient were treated with Venlafaxine 50mg/d,P.O.once a day,taking in the morning every day for 30 days as the course of therapy patients were evaluated by comparisons of the scores rated acording to HAMD,before and one,two,three and four weeks after starting therapy. Results:The scores rated for the patients before and after Venlafaxine therapy was 26.18±6.56 and 10.66±7.39,respectively,being statistically different( P <0.01).The unwanted effects observed were only nausea,dry mouth and skin rash found in some patients. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is effective for treatment of post stroke depression with less side effects.
