摘要
现代化是一个动态的螺旋型上升的发展过程。人口现代化是指人口再生产类型以及人口数量、素质和结构的发展演进 ,逐步由传统向现代的转变 ,并与外部关系不断协调、适应的过程。实现人口现代化 ,就要实现人口、经济、生态环境三个循环系统自身的良性循环以及三个循环系统的有机统一。要实现社会现代化发展 ,真正完成向“现代”转变过程中的“升华”,实现人口现代化是其唯一的出路。
The process of modernization is developing in a spiral pattern.Population mo dernization means the process of transition from tradition to modern,in reproduction pattern,population structure,and people's quality of life.It is also a process of harmonization with external environment.There must be harmonization of three circulatory systems,population,economy,and ecosystem,as well as the three systems own benign circulation,to make the population modernization possible.Therefore,the way to realize development of society's modernization and complete the “sublimation” in the transition to “modern” will be population modernization.
