长距离输水泵系统液柱分离的联合防护研究 被引量:8

摘要 在长距离输水管道中,当水泵系统事故停电时,会造成管路负压,甚至出现汽化和液注分离,如果不采取合理的防护措施会导致管道的破坏。针对长距离管道出现的气液两相瞬变流进行数值模拟。当水泵系统不采取任何措施、阀门拒动的情况下掉电,管线中有严重的负压现象,会出现液柱分离。通过安装重锤式液控缓闭蝶阀以控制水泵的倒流和倒转,安装双向调压塔、单向调压塔配合尾阀两阶段关闭,消除了系统严重的负压,抑制了系统较大的压力脉动,为长距离管道的水锤防护探索出新的方法。 During long-distance water conveyance, pipe system may suffer from negative pressure or even vaporization or liquid column separation when power failure of water pump system is occurred, which may result in damage of pipe system if no proper protection measure is taken. Numerical simulation is conducted regarding to gas-liquid two-phase transient flow appeared in the pipe system. If no protection is taken in the pump system, power column separation may occur due to the negative pressure in the pipe system because of power down under the situation of valve gate refuses to move. But if heavy hammer type butterfly valve for hydraulic control dumping check is installed to control back flow and inversion of water pump, and two-way and one-way surge tanks are employed to assist two-phase closure of tail valve, the negative pressure may be released and pressure fluctuation may also be controlled. This method is new for water hammer protection of long-distance pipe system.
