摘要
文章根据黄粉虫饲料的生产工艺流程,运用HACCP原理对各环节进行危害分析,确定了保证其产品质量的关键控制点,提出了预防措施。将生产加工过程中危害因素降低到最低限度,对有效控制黄粉虫饲料生产过程中的危害,确保产品质量安全提供了保证。
This article is according to the production process of mealworm feed and using the principle of Hazard Analysis Critical Conlrol Point to analyse the hazard of each link, which determine the crilical control points to ensure the quality of products and put forward the prevention measures.
