摘要
目的了解重点危害企业劳动者佩戴呼吸防护用品现状,分析影响劳动者使用个人防护用品因素。方法根据监测结果,对深圳市福田区110家重点职业危害企业作业场所职业病危害因素浓度较高(≥0.5倍PC-TWA)的406名劳动者呼吸防护用品使用现状进行调查分析。结果多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示影响劳动者使用呼吸防护用品的因素依次为企业对劳动者监督措施、培训情况、文化水平、户籍所在地、呼吸防护用品舒适度、企业规模、工龄。结论影响劳动者呼吸性防护用品使用的因素较多,职业病防治监督机构需加强对重点危害企业的监督,促使其加强监督管理,并主动开展劳动者培训、提供有效舒适的个人防护用品等职业病防治工作,减少职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的损害。
Objective To investigate the current status of wearing protective respirators among laborers in the key hazard en- terprises, and to analyze the factors affecting laborers who used personal protective equipment （PPE）. Methods Based on the monitoring results, we surveyed and analyzed the current situation of wearing respiratory protective devices among 406 laborers who worked in the places with higher concentration （≥ 1/2 PC- TWA） of occupational risk factors among 110 key occupational hazard enterprises in Futian District, Shenzhen City. Results The results of multivariate non conditioned Logistic regres- sion showed that factors affecting laborers＇ use of protective respirators were, in turn, supervision measures, training situation, educational background, permanent domicile, comfort degree of protective respirators, enterprise scale and length of service. Conclusions There are many factors influencing laborers＇ protective respirator use. It is essential for institutes for prevention and treatment of occupational diseases at all levels to strengthen supervision of the key hazard enterprises, promote the enterpris- es＇ inspection and management, actively carry out trainings among laborers and supply effective and comfortable PPE so as to re- duce work - related injury and illness.
