摘要
容性电流开合试验是高压交流断路器型式试验项目之一。由于容性电流开合试验需要的电源容量非常大,因此实验室进行特高压断路器容性电流开合试验一般采用合成法试验。笔者分析了断路器标准推荐的几种典型合成回路的工作原理及优缺点,并提出了一种适合西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司(简称西高院)的容性电流开合合成试验回路,介绍了其工作原理,计算了工频电压变化率,对回路工作过程进行了仿真计算。该试验回路等价性高,易于实现,已经在西高院实验室进行了试验验证,试验结果满足标准要求。
Capacitive current switching test is one of the type tests of the high voltage AC circuit breakers. Due to the capacitive current switching test need power supply with very high capacity,the lab usually adopts the synthesis method to carry out the capacitive current switching test for UHV circuit breaker. The author analyzes the working principle,the advantages and disadvantages of several typical synthesis test circuit recommended by standards,presents a new test circuit of capacitive current switching test for Xi 'an high voltage apparatus research institute Co.,Ltd.(XIHARI),introduces its working principle,calculates the power frequency voltage change rate, simulates the working process of the test circuit. The equivalence of test circuit is high,and easy to be implemented. The XIHARI laboratory has carried out the capacitive current switching test adopting this test circuit,the test results meet the standard requirements.
