摘要
目的:观察针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为两组,每组32例。治疗组运用针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用单纯刺络拔罐治疗。每3日1次,4次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率96.88%,明显优于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合刺络拔罐疗效优于单纯刺络拔罐。
Objective： The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with pricking Luo and cupping for the therapy for angioneurotic headache. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group and the control group, espectively 32 cases. The treatment groups were therapied with the acupuncture combined with pricking Luo and cupping; the control group with a simple pricking Luo and cupping. After two courses,to compare the efficacies of treatment. Results： The total efficiency of 96.88% in the treatment group was significantly better than 78.13% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the treatment efficacy with acupuncture combined with pricking Luo and cupping is better than with a simple pricking Luo and cupping.
