摘要
阀门动密封是阀门设计的重点和难点,其结构形式的设计以及材料的选用对阀门的动特性以及密封性能有着重要影响。本文介绍了填料密封、O形密封圈、波纹管密封、冷冻密封、焊接膜盒密封、氟塑料密封和唇形密封等七种阀门用动密封的结构、材料及和特性,为各类阀门动密封结构的改进和优化,以及新型阀门动密封结构的研制提供参考。
The dynamic seal is one of the key factors in the design of valves,of which the structural design and stock option are both the important influencing factors of the sealing performance and dynamic characteristic of valves.The structures,materials and characteristics of several dynamic seals for valves are introduced in this paper,including of the packing seal,the O-ring seal,the bellow seal,the freezing seal,the welding aneroid seal,the fluoroplastics seal,the lip seal,etc.These will provide instructions for improvements and optimizations of varied dynamic seals for varied valves,and are favorable for developments of new style dynamic seals of valves.
