摘要
针对现在矿用锚索制作中使用的锚索下料机自动化程度不高和安全性低的问题,设计了一种防爆型矿用双锚索自动下料机控制系统,该系统包括液压系统、气动系统和电气控制系统,提高了自动化程度和安全系数,而且可实现下料机前单机切割、后单机切割和双机切割三种切割模式的选择和切换,控制简单便捷。
In allusion to problems of that the cutting machine of mine anchor cable is with a low degree of automation and a low security now,we have designed a kind of control system for the anti-explosion automatic cutting machine of mine dual anchor cable.The system comprises a hydraulic system,a pneumatic system and an electrical control system to improve the degree of automation and safety coefficient.It can realize the selection and switching mode by three cut modes of anterior single machine cutting,posterior single machine cutting and double machine cutting,which makes the control more simple and convenient.
