摘要
包容性领导作为一种新型领导方式,已引起社会各界关注。但在创新成为企业生命之源与发展之路的背景下,对包容性领导如何影响员工创新行为还缺乏充分认识。提出了组织创新情境下包容性领导的四度模型,构建了包容性领导通过影响组织创新氛围激发员工创新行为的作用机制模型,分析了在员工创新行为的不同阶段,包容性领导4个维度的主导性。
As a new type of leadership ,inclusive leadership has drawn increasing concerns of all the society .Although scholars continuously pay attention to and study the impact of leadership on employee behavior ,we are still lack of a full understanding of the influence of inclusive leadership on employee innovation behaviors under the context of innovation's in-creasingly becoming the source of life and the road of development of enterprises .This paper presents four-degree model of inclusive leadership in the context of organizational innovation ,builds a mechanism of inclusive leadership's stimulating in-novative behaviors through affecting the atmosphere of organizational innovation ,and analyzes the dominant dimension of inclusive leadership at the different stages of employee innovation behaviors .
