摘要
目的：讨论妊娠合并急性心力衰竭时的诊治方法。方法：选取19例患者,并对其妊娠并发急性心力衰竭临床资料进行分析。结果：19例患者症状在6-12 h内迅速控制心力衰竭症状,18例7-12 d治愈出院,1例因并发急性肾功能衰竭转综合医院治疗。半年后随访均无母婴死亡。结论：妊娠合并急性心力衰竭时尽快诊断、及时抢救、合理用药、选择合适分娩方式适时终止妊娠是治疗的关键。
Objective Discuss the treatment of acute heart failure occurred during pregnancy. Methods Select our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 rescue of pregnancy complicated with acute heart failure clinical data of 19 cases were analyzed. Results 19 patients symptoms rapidly within 6 to 12 hours controlled heart failure symptoms,18 cases of 7 - 12 days cured and discharged,1 case of acute renal function failure due to concurrent turn the general hospital treatment. After half year follow-up showed no maternal and infant death. Conclusion Pregnancy associated with acute heart failure timely rescue,rational drug use,select the appropriate mode of delivery timely termination of pregnancy is the key to treatment.
