摘要
通过工程实践表明,"预除尘+喷淋+生物滴滤法"工艺对饲料膨化恶臭废气有较好的处理效果,对饲料中有用成份的回收可达80%以上,对三甲胺及硫化氢的去除在90%以上,可达99%。该工艺具有抗负荷、温度变化能力强、设备简单、启动时间短、运行稳定、运行费用低和处理效果好的优点,具有很好的应用价值。
The project practice showed that PRE-DUSTING＋SPRAY＋BIOTRICKLING FILTRATION have good treatment at disposing the odors from pelleting feedstuff, can recover more than 80% useful feed ingredients, dislodge 90 %-99 % trimethytamine and sulfureted hydrogen. This process provided good application value with its high capability of bearing shock load and temperature variation, simple device, fast start-up, stable operation, low operating cost, and good treatment.
