摘要
研究了新型水性铝粉涂料的应用性能。将低成本的石油树脂和改性长油度醇酸树脂拼用,并用脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂对拼用后的树脂进行充分乳化,提高了涂料的施工性和贮存稳定性。选用经硅烷偶联剂/Al2O3改性的铝粉颜料,使铝粉的分散性、防腐性和装饰性进一步提高。采用去离子水代替部分有机溶剂,降低涂料的VOC(挥发性有机化合物)含量。
The application performance of a new type of waterborne aluminum powder coatings were studied. By blending low cost petroleum resin with modified long oil alkyd resin, and fully emulsifing the blended resin with aliphatic polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier improved the product's applicability and storage stability. The aluminium paste which was modified by silane coupling agent/Al2O3 improved the dispersion, corrosion resistance and decoration. Using deionized water instead of part of the organic solvent, which can reduce the VOC content.
