概述超声表面 SH波的声场特性、声参数测定方法和检测灵敏度的影响因素及其评价。希望对国内普及表面 SH波工业检测、开辟超声新技术起启发作用。
The acoustic field characteristics and related parameters determination of surface SH waves are outlined. The factors influence surface SH wave testing sensitivity are evaluated. The intention is to touch off the popular application of surface SH wave to industrial testing throughout the country and the development of new ultrasonic testing technique.
