摘要
以红外热象检测分析技术最新成果为基础 ,从传热学的基本理论出发 ,结合现场红外测试工作实际 ,对各种热设备的散热损失计算方法进行了理论分析和推导 ;对保温材料绝热性能的分析校核方法进行了分析阐述 ,从而研制出一套综合测试、分析评定热设备保温效果的方法和软件。通过某厂焦化加热炉的现场应用 。
A software for insulation evaluation of heat equipment with infrared image was made based on the newest technology of infrared image, heat loss calculating with heat transformation theory and experience of infrared image analysis. It was proved by practical application to coking heater that the reliability of insulation evaluation could meet the requirements of engineering.
