摘要
通过对电机机座薄壁压铸件成型工艺的分析 ,针对该类产品散热片薄而多、内孔包芯力较大 ,脱模难、生产率低、模具寿命短的难点 ,提出一种新型模具结构 ,详细介绍了该模具的浇注系统 ,内浇口截面积的计算及油冷温控系统的设计 ,对于薄壁型压铸模的设计有一定的参考价值。
Through the analysis of the forming process of the diecasting thin-wall parts of the shell pedestal of motors, in view of the difficult points of the product that the radiating fins are many, the inner hole core-spun force is big, demoulding is difficult, the production efficiency is low and the mould life if short, a new-typed mould structure was proposed. The casting system of the mould, the calculation of the cross-section area at the inner gate and the design of the oil-cooling temperature controlling system were introduced in detail. It is of certain reference value to the design of the diecasting dies for thin-wall parts.
