摘要
以6021铝合金为研究对象,利用实验结合计算机有限元软件分析了该材料在扩展挤压成形过程中的温度场、流动场分布,并讨论了浇注温度和各环节流动情况对产品成形效果的影响。结果表明,6021铝合金经过连续流变扩展挤压后形成管材,在辊-靴型腔内的合金熔体温度呈降低趋势,半固态区间随着浇注温度的升高而逐渐下移。
Taking 6021 aluminum alloy as research object, the temperature field and flow field were analyzed in the expanding extrusion forming process of the material by experiments combined with finite element software, and the influence of pouring temperature and flowing links on forming effect of products were discussed. The results show that the 6021 aluminum alloy pipes were formed after continuous rheological expanding extrusion, the alloy melt temperature show a trend of lower in the roll-boots cavity, and the semisolid region gradually descends with the increase of pouring temperature.
