摘要
探讨了常压室温下采用NaClO NaCl NaOH浸出体系及搅拌磨设备对含砷难处理金矿的无毒提金工艺 ,该工艺的特点是载体矿物的氧化 (即金的单体解离 )分解与金的浸出同步进行———一步提取流程 ,且在碱性介质中及温和的条件下完成 ,而浸出剂中氧化剂OX与金络合剂L之间无副反应 ,故浸出时间很短 ,金浸出率高。工艺条件的试验结果表明 ,砷黄铁矿的分解及金的浸出强烈地依赖于NaClO和NaOH的浓度而与操作温度的关系甚微 ,适宜的浸出条件为 :c(NaClO)≥ 1 3mol/L ,c(NaClO)≥ 1 4mol/L ,浸出时间 40min~ 1h ,浸出温度 10~ 30℃ ,此时金的浸出率稳定在 95
A new non toxic technique under normal pressure and room temperature was studied to extract gold from a refractory gold ore bearing arsenic by using NaClO NaCl NaOH as leaching system and stirred mill. The characteristics of the technique(i.e.one step process) were that the gold leaching is simultaneous with the dissociation of the arsenic pyrite and they can be finished in alkaline solution and mild conditions. The phenomena of the short leaching time and high gold recovery can be analyzed from the fact that there is no side reaction between the gold ligand(L∶Cl -) and the oxidant (OX∶NaClO) in the leaching system studied, but that is frequently occurred in the traditional systems (such as tu(thiourea) Fe(Ⅲ),KSCN MnO 2, ect. ). The technical experiments showed that the dissociation of arsenic pyrites and the leaching of gold rely closely on the concentration of NaClO and NaOH, but are weakly related to the leaching temperature. The feasible leaching factors are:[NaClO] ≥1 3 mol/L,[NaClO]≥1.4 mol/L,leaching time 40 min~1 hour and temperature 10~30℃, and on this condition the gold recovery is higher than 95%.
