摘要
中国的学术职业近年来得到了一定的发展,但因传统治学思想的余绪,单位体制下的学术流动机制缺乏以及以差序格局为主的社会结构关系的影响,现代中国学术职业的发展面临一些深层问题。这些问题主要体现在学术职业准入没有严格的筛选制度,职业发展中面临着偏低的薪酬,学术自主与诸威权之间的矛盾,以及晋升中的学缘关系的近亲繁殖,社会关系的差序格局,政治关系的交换干预,学术共同体没有完善的学术退出机制等,从而使中国学术职业难以形成良善的学术秩序。解决这些问题需要从法律和道德两个层面探讨如何建构一个涵有良好学术秩序的学术共同体。
Chinese academic profession has made modest development recently. It also suffers some crisis, however, because of the weak academic foundation in modern China, the traditional thought about the art of government and application, the scholarly thought centered on the supremacy of morali- ty, and the effect of difference sequence rooted in the social structure and interpersonal network. The crisis of the academic profession is mainly reflected in the loose screening system of academic profession admission and the problems encountered in the development of the profession, such as low remuneration, contradiction between the academic autonomy right and the administration system, the impact of vicious competition in promotion (e. g. , inbred social networks), the difference sequence in the social structure, the political interaction intervention, and the lack of an exit mechanism in the academic community. A good academic community has yet to be developed in China and we call for a good academic order based on law and morality.
