雌二醇水平与女性宫颈病变的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨雌二醇在宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法收集179例宫颈病变患者,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)测定其雌二醇水平。结果慢性宫颈炎、低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)及宫颈癌患者血清雌二醇浓度分别为58pg/mL(11~310pg/mL)、91pg/mL(16~145pg/mL)、99pg/mL(9~407pg/mL)及102pg/mL(10~283pg/mL)。慢性宫颈炎患者雌二醇水平显著低于其余3类宫颈病变(P〈0.05),LSIL、HSIL及宫颈癌患者雌二醇水平的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论患者雌二醇水平与宫颈癌发生无显著相关性,但可能与宫颈鳞状细胞的早期病变有关。
