宫腔3D造影对异位节育器位置的判定

摘要 目的探讨3D-DSA在诊断宫内节育器异位成像中的临床价值。方法采用DSA旋转采集、3D成像方法,对36例二维超声诊断或可疑宫内节育器(IUD)异位患者,进行3D-DSA宫腔造影检查,并与二维超声对IUD异位的诊断率进行比较。结果二维超声对IUD异位的确诊率为83.3%(30/36),3D-DSA为100%。所有确诊病例均得到手术证实。结论3D-DSA对IUD异位的诊断率高于二维超声,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
