摘要
目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症老年患者的临床疗效。方法:选取160例老年抑郁症患者,按双盲原则随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗,对照组采用舍曲林治疗,观察并比较两组患者的HAMD的评分变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗8周后,两组的HAMD评分均较治疗前明显改善,观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组观察组的总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(68.75%),观察组不良反应发生率(21.25%)与对照组(18.75%)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者,临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect on senile depression treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline. Methods： Select 160 cases of senile depression patients and they were divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group. According to double- blind principle,observation group was given the Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline therapy,and the control group was treated with sertraline. Observe and compare the HAMD score changes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups. Results： 8 weeks after treatment, HAMD scores of two groups were markedly improved,and the improvement of observation group was obviously better than that in the control group; total effective rate（ 92. 5%） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（ 68. 75%）; the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group（ 21. 25%） compared with that of control group（ 18. 75%）,and there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect on senile depression treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline is distinct,high safety and worth clinical promotion.
