摘要
目的 探讨生命体征评估法（CRBP方法）在急诊分诊中的临床应用价值.方法 采取自然收集资料方法,以北京航天中心医院急诊科28907例急诊就诊患者为研究对象,采用生命体征评估法分诊,与患者预后进行一致性检验.结果 急诊患者CRBP方法分诊与患者预后的一致性检验的Kappa值为0.857,标准误0.004,P＜0.001,存在一致性.结论 用生命体征评估法（CRBP方法）进行急诊分诊,不仅可以识别“急诊潜在急危病患者”,还可指导医护人员对急诊患者进行正确分流和及时的处理。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the vital signs Assessment （CRBP method） in the emergency triage process. Methods The vital-sign assessment method was adopted to triage on the data of 28, 907 emergency cases collected in the emergency department, and a consistency test for their prognosis was also performed. Results The CRBP method and the consistency test for prognosis reflected a Kappa value of 0.857, with an error of 0.004 , P 〈0.001, carrying out the consistency. Conclusion Performance of the emergency triage with vital-sign assessment method （CRBP method） is considered being effective not only in identifying a potential emergency patient with acute crisis, but also guiding emergency medical staff to triage the emergency patients correctly with a timely treatment.
