摘要
国家海洋战略的不断深化,对海上医学救援提出更高要求.本文回顾了国外海上医学救援体系、主要装备与技术情况,结合近年来的调研走访发现的问题,以及联合科研攻关进展,对未来海上医学救援提出5点构想,希望通过应急信息平台的建设与装备技术的创新,提升我国海上医学救援能力与效率.
Along with the deepening of the national maritime strategy, the demands of medical rescue at sea become higher. This article reviewed the foreign medical rescue system and major medical rescue equipments and technology. The authors also reviewed the problems found during their recent investigations and surveys. Above these situations, this article puts forward five conceptions combining with the authors＇ research findings visits. They hope to enhance the ability and efficiency of medical rescue at sea through the construction of emergency information olatform and euuinments technological innnvation.
