摘要 发展了一种新的研究方法 ,即DNA修饰金电极表面电化学方法 ,结合紫外光谱研究了一种水溶性C6 0 衍生物———C6 0 乙醇胺加成物与dsDNA的相互作用。结果表明 。 The interaction of ds DNA with a water\|soluble C\-\{60\} derivative was studied using surface electrochemistry of DNA modified electrode and UV\|Vis spectroscopy.It was found that the absorbed band of C\-\{60\} shifted positively in company with the hypochromic effect.Co(phen) 3 2+ was used as indicator to study the interaction.The results show that this kind of C\-\{60\} derivative can interact strongly with ds DNA,the bind site is the major groove of helix.
