摘要
通过对松质骨结构特征和力学行为的实验观察 ,引入基于混合物理论的现代两相多孔介质弹性模型和动电效应模型来描述松质骨固体骨质变形、孔间骨髓流动以及骨内流动电位间的耦合效应 .采用 Laplace变换技术得到了松质骨围限压缩下流动电位分布的解析结果 .结果表明 ,由于在外界作用下松质骨骨小梁结构产生变形 ,引起孔间骨髓流动 ,从而使带电粒子在孔隙间运动 ,引起流动电位 .
In order to interpret the observations and experiments on structural featrue and mechanical behavior of cancellous bone,a biphasic porous medium model based on the mixture theory and an electrokinetic phenomena model are introduced to describe the coupling effect among solid bone substance deformation,inter-porous marrow flow and streaming potential inside cancellous bones.By using Laplace transform technique,a one-dimensional analytic solution to the streaming potential distribution for the cancellous bone under dynamic load.Computational data obtained show that the structural deformation of the bone trabeculae within the cancellous bone upon impact leads to the inter-porous marrow flow,causing charged particles to flow among the pores,thereby resulting in the streaming potential.
