摘要
分析了制订现代棉纺企业纱线内控质量指标的迫切性,探讨了纱线质量的检测手段及其优缺点。重点讨论了机织用纱与针织用纱不同的控制指标,指出仪器检测和布面检测互为补充,应以满足用户质量要求为原则,将仪器检测和布面检测指标相结合,制定综合评价纱线质量标准,全面客观反映织物质量,为下游工序提供工艺鉴别标准。
Analysis is done to the imminence of the constitution of the inner quality index for modern enterprises,probing is done into the yarn quality regarding testing method and the advantages and the disadvantages.Highlight is given to the control index for weaving use and knitting use.Conclusion is made that the instrument inspection and the fabric inspection is a couple of complementarity,yielding to the quality requirement of the customer.It is necessary to constitute a general yarn quality index appraising system combining the instrument inspection and the fabric inspection as an objective image of the fabric quality for information of the down-stream process.
