摘要
拱梯形巷道支架比传统的梯形支架有更高的承载能力和一定的变形能力,更适合沿空巷道的支护。通过对圆弧梁和抛物线梁进行受力分析,并分别对它们的承载能力进行比较,所研究内容可为曲梁的设计和制造提供理论依据。结果表明:圆弧梁存在最优的矢跨比(拱高与跨度的比值),跨度为3 m、4 m、5 m、6 m时,最优矢跨比分别为0.21、0.19、0.18、0.17;圆弧梁和抛物线梁的承载能力比直梁的大;矢跨比小于0.15时,抛物线梁和圆弧梁的承载能力差别不大,矢跨比大于0.15时,抛物线的承载能力更大。
Arc terrace metallic support has higher bearing capacity and deformability,and it is more suitable to gob-side entry.In this paper,bearing capacity of beams was calculated and compared. Through mechanical analysis,the author came to the conclusion that when the length of circular beam is 3 m,4 m,5 m,6 m,the optimal rise-span ratio is 0.21,0.19,0.18,0.17;The bearing capacity of bended beam is bigger than straight beam; When rise-span ratio is less than 0.15,the bearing capacity of circular beam and parabolic beam has little difference.
