摘要
完善、合理、科学的城市排水系统关系到市民的切身利益和城市的安全,关系到城市生态环境改善和可持续发展,建立良好的城市排水系统是解决中国水资源短缺和水环境恶化问题的优化途径。随着中国国民经济的高速发展,城市化进程不断加快,大多数城市陈旧的排水系统已经不适应发展要求。在此以杭州城市排水系统作为背景,针对目前的运行管理模式进行分析,期待能够为其他城市排水管理者提供一些帮助与建议。
The perfect,rational,scientific urban drainage system concerns the vital interests of the citizens and the security of a city. It also concerns the improvement of ecological environment and sustainable development. It is a good way to solve the shortage of water resource and the deterioration of water environment by establishing excellent urban drainage system. With the rapid development of China＇s national economy and the accelerating urbanization,most old town drainage systems cannot meet to the requirements of the current development any more. This paper researched on the current operation and management mode of Hangzhou urban drainage system,aiming to provide some references and advices for urban drainage management in other cities.
