摘要
随着辽宁省城镇化的不断发展,农民切身利益受到重大影响。我国长期城乡二元体制所导致的在城镇化进程中农民的养老保险问题迫在眉睫。这些问题主要集中在法律制度、农民观念以及资金等方面,本文通过研究分析上述问题,提出合理的、有针对性的建议,以完善辽宁省城镇化过程中农民养老保险制度。
With the growing urbanization of Liaoning Province, the interests of farmers are vitally affected. The issues on farmer pension insurance resulting by the long-term dual system is imminent in the process of urbanization. These issues are mainly concentrated in the legal system, the concept of farmers as well as funds. This paper gave reasonable and targeted recommendations to improve the farmers pension insurance system in the urbanization process of Liaoning Province through researching and analyzing the above problems.
