摘要
抑制性消减杂交(SSH)技术是基于抑制性PCR和消减杂交技术发展起来的一种高效分离差异表达基因的方法。因其具有特异性高、假阳性率低、背景低、快速高效等特点,已广泛应用于丝状内生真菌功能基因筛选中。主要对抑制性消减杂交技术的原理、技术流程、特点及其在丝状真菌生长发育、代谢活性物质及致病基因等方面的应用作简要综述。
Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) is an efficient technology for isolation of differential expression gene, which is based on the suppression PCR and subtractive hybridization. Because of its high efficiency, stability and reliability, SSH was widely used to screen functional genes of filamentous fungi. The article methodology, technical process, characteritics of SSH and its application in filamentous fungal growth, metabolism of active material and in disease-causing genes were reviewed.
