摘要
人才是知识传承与创新的载体,是文化传播与弘扬的使者。大学英语教学的主要目标就是为国家经济和社会建设培养合格的英语人才,衡量英语人才的关键因素就是英语学力的形成与否。现代教学论认为学力是人的学习能力和知识水平,一般由隐形学力和显性学力组成。加强和改进课程建设、发挥学生主体性和积极性、拓宽学习渠道、遵循学习规律、激发学生认知潜能、形成自主性学习意识是提升大学生英语学力的有效途径和有力举措。
Talents are the carriers of knowledge inheritance and innovation,and also the practitioners of cultural spread and propagation.The main target for college English teaching is to develop qualified English talents for our country′s economic and social construction,while,the key factor to measure English talents is whether the English learning power can be formed or not.The modern teaching theory considers that learning power can be divided into overt learning power and covert learning power.It is of effective ways and measures to strengthen and improve course construction,stimulate students′subjective and activity,broaden the learning channels,follow the learning rules,stimulate the students′cognitive potentials and form the awareness of autonomous learning.
