摘要
武陵山片区是新阶段国家扶贫攻坚示范区,主导产业的选择是区域发展的关键环节。通过对主导产业本质特征的分析,选取了区位熵、比较劳动生产率、影响力系数、感应度系数和需求收入弹性5个评价指标,构建了综合评价模型,对武陵山片区16个备选主导产业进行了综合评价。结果表明:旅游业、建筑业、商业服务业、工业和房地产业5个行业综合评价值最高,可以作为片区发展的主导产业进行培育和发展,金融业、仓储业及邮政业等产业部门是主导产业的辅助产业,也需要配套发展。
Wuling mountain area is a national anti-poverty demonstration area, and a key point of the regional development is to select leading industries. The study selects location quotient, comparative labor productivity, influence coefficient, sensitivity coefficient and income elasticity of demand inde- xes and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model by analysis of the essential characteristics of leading industries, and then carries out an evaluation of 16 candidate leading industries in Wuling mountain area. The results show that： tourism, construction, business services, industrial and real estate industry obtain a higher score and can be used as leading industries to training and development. Finance, warehousing and postal services sector are supporting industries, which need collaborative development.
