摘要
目的:评价临床护理路径在老年良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取行经尿道前列腺电切术联合无张力疝修补术的患者114例,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组。常规组采取泌尿外科常规护理措施,试验组采取临床护理路径措施,比较两组患者的住院时间和住院费用情况,调查患者对护理过程的满意度,并随访记录患者远期手术效果。结果:试验组住院时间短于常规组,住院费用低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组满意度为96.5%,高于常规组的84.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,试验组前列腺症状评分低于常规组,最大尿流速高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可以有效减少老年良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者住院时间和住院费用,获得较好的成本-效益,能够提高患者对护理过程满意度,有助于患者远期功能的恢复。
Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathways in perioperative treatment for elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia and inguinal hernia. Method：114 patients undergone transurethral resection combined tension-free hernia repair were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the patients admitted to hospital parity random number. The conventional group was taken urology usual care measures,and the experimental group was taken clinical care pathways. The length of hospital stay and the hospital costs of the two groups were compared. The satisfactions with nursing process were surveyed. The long-term surgical results were followed-up and recorded. Result：The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was less than the conventional group,and the hospital costs were less than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.5%,which was higher than 84.2%of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. When follow-up 3 months,the prostate symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than the conventional group,and the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical care pathways can effectively reduce the length of stay and hospital costs of elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia with inguinal hernia and obtain a better costeffectiveness. It can improve the satisfactions of patients with the care process and help long-term functional recovery.
