摘要
本文试图建立一个基于组织资本投资的企业组织创新研究框架。首先 ,本文从现代企业理论与人力资本理论的内在关系以及人力资本契约在企业中的核心地位着手 ,通过分析人力资本的特性 ,区分出纯粹人力资本和组织资本 ;其次 ,探讨了组织资本的战略、结构和文化等三方面构成及其特性 ;第三 。
This paper aims to establish a research framework for organizational innovation based on the invesrment of set-up capital. First of all, from the viewpoints of the theory on modern enterprises and the theory of manpower capital, this papers analyzes the characteristics of manpower capital and divides it into two parts, i.e. the pure manpower capital and set-up capital. Secondly, it explores the nature of strategy, structure and culture as the stock components of the set-up capital. The last but not least, it lists and analyzes the contents of set-up capital investment, builds a theoretical framework based on them and compares the framework with other traditional ones derived from transaction cost economics.
