摘要
本文从理论和经验两方面概括性地介绍了西方经济学者关于经济全球化条件下国家技术政策的研究 ,揭示了西方国家技术政策的演进趋势。
To a great extent, the development of hi-tech industries in a country is determined by its government’s policies. In this article, the author gives an overall introduction to Western economists’ work on the government-issued policies for guiding technological development in the context of the current economic globalization by citing their theoretical and empirical studies, revealing the new trends in the technology policies of the developed countries in the current world.
