摘要
该文对贯彻GJB6387制定研制规范和产品规范时产生的争论进行了探讨,分析了问题产生的原因,通过对比研制规范和产品规范在要素上的差异,根据国内军品研制的实际、借鉴适航有关理论,提出了支持按照技术状态项编制研制规范的观点,澄清了有关差异理解,希望对研制工作起到借鉴作用。
In this paper,the arguments about the implement GJB6387 with its Research specification and Product specification are discussed.The reason of the problem is analyzed by comparing the two specifications elements According to the actualdomestic military development,and reference to the relevant theories of airworthiness,the paper proposed that we should draft Research specification according to the configuration Item
