摘要
2012年5月,公安部发布了适用于民爆产业的两个行业标准。在两个行业标准的推力下,爆破作业很快发展起来了。本文研究发现,原本被人"不屑"的爆破作业,突然之间却成了众多民爆企业追逐的目标。随着竞争在爆破作业之间的展开,民爆物品的市场结构正在缓慢地发生着变化。目前,在民爆产业转型升级过程中,民爆企业应该重新界定自己的定位,在确保安全生产的前提下,将工作重心转向爆破作业。
In May 2012, the ministry of public security issued two industry standards suitable for industrial explosive industry. Under the thrust of the industry standard, blasting operation developed very quickly. In this paper, the study found that, the blasting operation, originally was “disdain”, but all of a sudden became the target of many civil enterprises chasing. As the competition between the blasting operations unfolds, the market structure of industrial explosive items is slowly changing. At present, in the process of transformation and upgrading of industrial explosive industry, civil enterprises should redefine their positioning and the work should focus on the blasting operation on the premise of ensuring safety in production.
