摘要
高校动画教育方兴未艾,动画专业却连年是"就业红牌警告专业"。考察:剖析高校动画教育所面临尴尬局面的深层次原因,从"紧扣社会需求,解决教育与产业脱节问题"、"培养优秀原创人才,提高动画人才质量"、"培养动画产业经营与管理人才"以及"培养消费大军,提升全民文化氛围"四个方面提出见解和解决方案。
Animation education is rapidly growing in colleges and universities in China,however a large number of graduates majored in animation have suffered from unemployment. The in-depth causes of the fact that the animation education is facing embarrassing situation is analysed. Four countermeasures against the problem are proposed,which include narrowing the distinctions between education and industry while closely linking to the social demand,training competent creative talents and improving the quality of animation professionals,training animation business and management talents,training animation consumers and developing nationwide cultural environment.
