摘要
利用铜模吸铸法制备(Zr0.72Cu0.28)100-xAlx(x=0,2,4,6,8,10,12和14)合金棒状试样,研究了合金的非晶形成能力和析出相与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,随着Al含量增加,非晶形成能力提高;析出相体积分数和尺寸减小,分布更加均匀;综合力学性能逐渐提高,x=12时抗压强度和塑性应变均达到最高值,分别为1 773MPa和7.45%。
(Zr0.72Cu0.28)100-xAlx(x=0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14)alloy rods were prepared with the ingot by copper mold with suction casting method.The glass forming ability,and the relation of the second phase and compressive mechanical property were investigated.The results show that,the glass forming ability of alloy increases with the increasing of Al content;volume fraction and grain size of precipitated phase decreases,simultaneously more uniform distribution;the mechanical properties has improved,the maximum compressive strength(σbc)and plastic strain(εP)are1 773MPa and 7.45% when x=12.
