摘要
环境问题是当今世界最为活跃的研究领域之一，其中各种环境本底数据是必不可少的，对数据的良好的组织、管理及操作是提高研究效率的主要方面之一。同时，也为环境保护和治理提供了间接的支持，具有十分重要的意义。本文旨在讨论东北三省环境本底数据库的设计与实现的基础上，提出了各类空间数据及数值数据的组织方式及联合管理方法。
The study on the problem of environments is becoming one of the most active fields in the world in recent years. The basic data of environments is an important base to do this. The efficiency of study on the problem of environments will be promoted it the data are well organized, managed and operated. This will benefit the work of environments protecting and treating. This paper focuses on the designing and founding of the DB of environments of northeast area of China and introduces a method of organizing and managing the spatial and numerical data.
