地西他滨治疗不典型慢性粒细胞白血病1例 被引量：4

摘要 不典型慢性粒细胞白血病（atypical chronic myeloid leukemia,aCML）是一种主要累及中性粒细胞系列的造血干/祖细胞疾病。临床非常罕见,其临床特点为骨髓中以成熟中性粒细胞及中、晚幼粒细胞的增多,且有明显发育异常的形态学表现,外周血白细胞数增多,可伴有贫血、
