摘要
本文突破了传统的划分法律部门的法理观念 ,认为教育法已成为一个相对独立的法律部门 ,并论证了教育法由单一性的调整对象或调整方法向综合性的调整对象或调整方法转化的过程 ,阐述了教育法体系内部的横向构成和纵向构成两个方面 。
The paper, breaking away from the concept of traditional division of legal departments, expounds the transition of education law from a single regulatory approach to a comprehensive one and the two aspects within the law as well as provides an outline of the China's education law system in the knowledge era.
